When do I need a permit?
Permits are generally not needed for window replacement, door replacement, painting, rail replacement, interior trim or tile work. Most jobs involving structural changes, adding plumbing/electric or covering additional sq. footage of your property that would involve permitting. We handle getting the permits for you.
How long will my project take to complete?
Each project is different; we try to give customers an estimated completion time based on previous experience. Weather, changes to design, and special-order items may cause delays or setbacks. Covid-19 has caused great delays for many of our vendors and we continue to work closely with each vendor by tracking orders and getting up to date ETAs.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes, Jett III Contracting Holds a class A license with residential and commercial capabilities. We carry Commercial auto insurance, general liability and workers comp insurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and/or credit. Let us know which option works best for you.
